About

I hold a PhD in Finance (dissertation: “Bills Issued on the Stock Market of Ukraine,” 2004) and a Doctor of Sciences in Economic Security of Economic Entities (dissertation: “Formation of the System of Economic Security of Emission Activities of Joint-Stock Companies,” 2011). Under my supervision, 2 Doctors of Science, 8 PhD candidates, and over 50 Master’s students have successfully defended their theses, reflecting a sustained commitment to research quality, methodological rigor, and verifiable scholarly outputs.
I am an experienced educator with more than 20 years of academic teaching and research, with teaching and research experience in Brazil, Poland, the Slovak Republic, and Ukraine. Since 2021, I have served as an expert in educational program development, licensing, and accreditation. Since 2020, I have actively advanced Open Science, developing original courses on the digitalization of education and research. Since 2023, I have worked as an expert in the management and implementation of COST projects.
Alongside my academic roles, I have extensive applied experience in analytical and consulting positions that directly align with fact checking and countering manipulation and fraud. I serve as Head of the Analytical Department at Rating Agency “MIRA”, where my work focuses on evidence based assessment, analytical verification, and risk informed decision support. I am also Director of the Scientific Center of Innovative Research, leading initiatives that integrate Open Science, research integrity, and transparent evaluation practices into education and research management. In addition, I work with “RISK CONTROL” as an Audit Consultant specializing in Fraud Prevention, applying analytical methods to detect fraud risks, identify manipulation patterns, and strengthen organizational controls. Across these roles, my professional focus is centered on fact checking, prevention of manipulative practices, and practical anti fraud approaches in both academic and corporate environments.
