About
Dr. Rohit Bansal is a globally recognized academician, researcher, and professional whose career demonstrates a remarkable integration of teaching, research, and leadership across continents. He currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty at Rockford College, Sydney, Australia, a Research Fellow at INTI International University, Malaysia, and an Academic Professor at Windsor University, USA, while also contributing as an Adjunct Faculty at ICLED Business School, Nigeria. Holding a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Marketing from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, Malaysia, and a Ph.D. in Management from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, India, he brings over 18 years of professional experience. Dr. Bansal has further extended his academic influence through online education, designing eight Udemy courses with over 20,000 global learners, and is known for his experiential, hands-on teaching style that fosters innovation, critical thinking, and practical readiness in students.
Complementing his teaching excellence, Dr. Bansal has built an impressive record of research and scholarly publishing. He has authored and edited 60 books with world-renowned publishers such as Springer Nature, IGI Global, Scrivener-Wiley Publishing, De Gruyter, and Emerald Publishing, and published over 210 research papers and book chapters in reputed Scopus-indexed journals and edited volumes. His research has appeared in leading outlets including Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, MDPI, Hindawi, Cell Press, and Inderscience, while his work has been showcased at more than 60 national and international conferences, including prestigious IIM forums. He also serves as Guest Editor for special issues with Inderscience and MDPI. Having supervised three Ph.D. scholars and guided over 100 postgraduate students, his research interests span digital marketing, organizational behavior, Industry 5.0, sustainability, entrepreneurship, e-learning, and mental health, making him a thought leader committed to advancing knowledge and global well-being.
