About

I am Dr. Prageetha G Raju, Professor and Head, Dept of Humanities and Management at Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science (MITS), Andhra Pradesh, India. I have pursued MBA with specialization in HRM from Osmania University and Phd in empowerment of women through microenterprise development from the same university. I am a graduate in industrial psychology, philosophy, and modern English.
I possess 25 years of teaching experience of which 16 years were spent in teaching Masters level programs and Doctoral programs.
My areas of interest are Organizational behavior, HR Analytics, Performance Management and HR Planning. I am trained in business case writing and case evaluation. I love to conduct field research and provide expert services in the areas of skill development, Human resource management and organizational behavior.
