About
I am a researcher specializing in the intersection of machine learning, device simulation, and experimental fabrication of perovskite-based photovoltaic and optoelectronic devices. I completed my PhD from the School of Energy Science and Engineering, IIT Kharagpur, where my thesis focused on machine learning-driven design and development of indoor perovskite solar cells, achieving experimental indoor power conversion efficiencies exceeding 25% under LED illumination.
Currently, I am working as a Project Scientist at NCFlexE, IIT Kanpur, on flexible OLED devices for smart packaging applications, with a focus on gravure and flexographic printing of functional layers.
My academic journey began at Jadavpur University, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Energy Science and Technology.
With around 16 publications, an h-index of 12, and over 50 peer reviews across 15 journals, I also serve on the Editorial Board of the Springer Nature book series Physical Chemistry in Action and as Topic Coordinator for a Frontiers Research Topic on perovskite-based sustainable energy technologies.
My broader research interests span flexible and indoor photovoltaics, printed electronics, materials informatics, and IoT energy harvesting.
