Dr. Ruchika Rastogi is Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology (PSIT), Kanpur, India. She has over 18 years of academic, research, and industry experience in management, business analytics, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, financial technologies, sustainability, marketing analytics, and behavioral economics. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on the application of emerging technologies—including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Metaverse, Industry 5.0, Green Finance, and Digital Business—for solving contemporary business and societal challenges.

She has established a strong international publishing record with numerous Scopus-, ABDC-, and ESCI-indexed journal articles, Scopus-indexed book chapters, and edited books published by leading academic publishers including IGI Global, Emerald Publishing, CRC Press (Taylor & Francis Group), Apple Academic Press, Wiley/Scrivener, and Blue Rose Publishers.

Her recent research integrates AI with finance, marketing, education, sustainability, and organizational transformation.

She currently serves as the Guest Editor for the Scopus Q1 journal Education + Training (Emerald Publishing) for the special issue titled Integrating Generative AI in Higher Education: From Reactive Use to Identifiable Learning and Employability Outcomes. She is also an Editorial Board Member of Inkūbis: Jurnal Ekonomi dan Bisnis (Indonesia) and the International Journal of Advances in Business and Management Research.
