About
I am a doctoral student working in the field of mangrove ecology. My research focuses on fundamental aspects of ecology, integrating field-based observations with trait-based analyses to understand how faunal species respond to environmental change. I have worked on a variety of marine taxa across the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and along the coasts of Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra. My research goal is to contribute towards the understanding of mangrove restoration science, especially focusing on generating insights into the functionality of restoration sites.
