About
Dr. Md Sadullah is currently working as an assistant professor in the School of Electronics Engineering (SENSE) at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Chennai, India. He received his PhD degree in VLSI from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi, India, under the supervision of Dr. Kunal Ghosh. His doctoral research focused on the design and development of cost-effective methods for device analysis and fabrication, along with extensive work in the modelling and simulation of solar cells for performance optimization. He obtained his M.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Delhi in 2019, where he was awarded a silver medal for academic excellence. His current research interests include the growth of high-quality thin films using solution-based, ambient-pressure, and low-cost deposition techniques, with a focus on perovskite and wide-bandgap metal oxide materials for solar cell and high-power device applications. He has published several research papers in reputed international journals in these domains.
