About
I love with the birds of prey and scavenger in Thar Desert of India. Since last 10 years I had the chance to work with Raptors in Rajasthan for the conservation of the Imperial Eagle, Gyps, Egyptian and Black vultures. In 2008 I had complete my PhD in Zoology (Animal Microbiology & Wild Life). Extensive understanding and application of Molecular Microbiology in DNA-based techniques including PCR, basic immunological methods, including cell culture, analysis of serum antibody and cell mediated immune response by ELISA.
In 2008-2009 I worked for "Vulture Advocacy programme" conflict in BNHS, activity related to the research, conservation and prevention of the possible illegal use of poisons against predators (Diclofenac and other painkiller use for animal treatment), threatening the vulture populations. I work on the Griffon and Himalayan Vulture conservation and research in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Currently I am mostly interested on the subjects regarding the conservation. Last 5 years I focus on vultures death in North west Rajasthan, India.
