EDUCATION
• Abhishek is an MBA graduate from IIM Shillong.
• He has completed a B.Tech in electronics and communication engineering from GGSIPU Delhi.

ACADEMIC RESEARCH
• He presented and published two Research Papers at IEEE International Conference on Stacked DRA & Micro-strip Fed RDRA (2016).
• He later published an International Journal in Springer in the field of Rectangular Dielectric Resonator Antenna (2017).
• His last publication was in the field of Blockchain in IGI Global on the topic- Use of Smart Contracts and Distributed Ledger for Automation (2020).
• His current areas of interest include Automation, IoT, Blockchain, and AI.

CURRENT ROLE
• Working as a Digital Product Manager in the Asset Management Team at Gartner Consulting.
• Building tools and assets that enable faster, smarter decisions supported by distinctive research insights via asset-based consulting.

WORK EXPERIENCE
• Before MBA, he worked with Wipro and NTT Data in the primary roles of client technical support, sales, and reporting.
• After MBA, he joined Capgemini as part of the Chrysalis 2020 batch. As a project lead in the APAC Industrialization & Automation team, he managed the agile product lifecycle of various tools, bots, and dashboards for IT automation strategy advisory and implementation services for multiple clients within SBU.
• He recently led a team of 50+ engineers in the APAC Millennial Garage, building 5+ digital products.
• He actively participated in several initiatives at Capgemini, including publishing newsletters, leading CSR initiatives, curating pre-sales and RFP content for multiple CoEs, hosting APAC town halls, brown bag sessions, MBA batch inductions, engagement manager, and fun events.

INTERESTS
• He loves art and photography. He has an eye for detail and has designed engaging presentation decks, KPI dashboards, application wireframes, and even product demo videos for corporate use.
• He likes to constantly upskill and pursue new challenges. In the last 4 years, he has completed 50+ online certifications and held positions in 10+ corporate competitions.
• He is good at research, analysis, problem-solving, storyboarding, and sales. His career interests include product management, management consulting, Lean Six Sigma, business modeling, business intelligence, and data analytics.
