About
Dr. Ankita Bisht is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Women Institute of Technology Dehradun, India.
Her area of research actively involve fabrication and characterization of nano-phase and multiscale reinforcement composite with different functionalities for structural applications.
Her research interest includes multiscale-mechanics and nano-mechanics of composite materials. The main focus of her research include effective dispersion of nano-phase along with its quantification, synergistic effects of nanofillers on mechanical and thermo-mechanical properties of composites, nanofiller modified polymer matrix for improving the out of plane and transverse properties of FRPs.
Ankita has experience from processing to advanced characterisations and interpretation of polymer and composite (polymer and metal matrix), with 12 publications in peer-reviewed journals and 1 book published with CRS press.
