Dr. Sunita Joshi Kathuria is a Consultant in the Department of Teacher Education at NCERT, India, and formerly served as a Research Consultant at NIOS for nearly five years. She holds a Ph.D. in Inclusive Education, with a focus on the use of Sign Language. With over 15 years of experience, she has contributed to teacher education through teaching, academic research, rehabilitation projects, curriculum development, and scholarly writing.
