About
During My PhD my focus is on exploring anti-cancer activity on Natural compounds and elucidate the molecular mechanism of their activities. I found that capsaicin has a potential to target TGF beta signaling axis and can control invasion and metastasis. I also explored a novel non-coding RNA LINC00273 and its role as a connection between TGFB-ZEB1 signaling axis. In my postdoc I am utilizing my previous experience and determine the effect of inhibitors targeting RAS-RAF-MEK signaling axis on oncogenic RAS associated carcinoma.
