He is working in the field of Innovation in Chemical Education along with Synthetic Inorganic Chemistry since 2011.

Till now, he innovated twenty-six (26) time economic teaching methodologies and invented 40 formulae in the field of Organic and Inorganic Chemical Education within the period (2011-2024) - recognized & indexed by the American Chemical Society, US in March 2023 (Link:https://doi.org/10.1021/scimeetings.3c00021); Education Resources Information Center (ERIC), US Department of Education (Link:https://arijitchemistryworld.in/eric-indexed-articles/); Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) (Link: https://arijitchemistryworld.in/massachusetts-institute-of-technology-mit-indexed-articlesz/ ); Imperial College London, UK (Link: https://arijitchemistryworld.in/imperial-college-london-uk-indexed-articles/); University of Oxford (Link:https://arijitchemistryworld.in/oxford-university-indexed-articles/); Harvard University (Link: https://arijitchemistryworld.in/harvard-university-indexed-articles/) ; Stanford University (https://arijitchemistryworld.in/stanford-university-published-articles/), University of California, Davis, USA (Link:https://arijitchemistryworld.in/uc-davis-us/); Indian Chemical Society (ICS), Kolkata, India; British Library, London; National Library, Kolkata; Federation of African Societies of Chemistry (FASC), Ethiopia, Africa; American Institute of Science (AIS), USA; Open Science Research Society, USA and City College of New York.

Dr. Das's innovative book, entitled ‘Innovative Mnemonics in Chemical Education: A Handbook for Classroom Lectures’, published by the Cambridge Scholars Publishing, Lady Stephenson Library, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE6 2PA, UK dated Sept 2019 (Link: https://www.cambridgescholars.com/product/978-1-5275-3922-8).

Dr. Das's Book indexed in the Stanford University, US (Link:https://searchworks.stanford.edu/view/14279378).

Some of his time-economic methodologies came in the form of two educational tools namely ‘Hydrocarbons Parser’ (Link:http://www.minerazzi.com/tools/hydrocarbons/parser.php) and 'Diatomic Bond Order Calculator' (http://www.minerazzi.com/tools/bond-order/calculator.php) made by the minerazzicom, Bayamon, Puerto Rica, US on Aug-2015 & Dec 2018 respectively. Later on, these tools were indexed in the library of City College of New York, City College Chemistry Web Resources Page (CUNY.edu.) in their Computational Chemistry Section (https://library.ccny.cuny.edu/chemistry/computational). He always uses mnemonics in his innovative teaching methodologies to make them metabolic and interesting for learners.

Dr. Das achieved five (05) copyrights (Ownership) for his innovational research work in the field of Chemical Education on his 35 invented formulae and 24 innovative teaching methodologies included four laboratory experiments from the copyright office, Department Of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India, New Delhi on Aug 2018, Sept 2019, Nov 2023, Dec 2023 and Jun 24, 2024 respectively (https://arijitchemistryworld.in/copyright-registration-by-the-govt-of-india/).
