About
I am a researcher and academician in Materials Physics, with research interests in chalcogenide semiconductors, crystal growth, thin films, and nanomaterials for optoelectronic applications. My work focuses on understanding structure–property relationships in functional materials relevant to photodetectors, sensors, and related devices. I am actively involved in experimental synthesis, compositional tuning, and structural, optical, and electrical characterization of materials. Alongside research, I teach physics with an emphasis on conceptual understanding and laboratory-based learning. My research findings have been published in SCI- and Scopus-indexed journals. I continue to pursue academic and research activities in materials science, materials physics, and physics.
