About
My research centers on sweet potato diseases, particularly the discovery, genomic characterization, and rapid diagnosis of viral pathogens using high-throughput sequencing (HTS), molecular biology, and CRISPR-based diagnostic platforms. I am interested in translating advanced genomic technologies into rapid, accurate, and field-deployable diagnostic tools that support disease surveillance, certification programs, and sustainable crop protection.
