Masters with specialization in fish and fisheries science. started research career working on fish chronology during master's dissertation.

Worked in a DBT funded research project as a SRF on Fish Cell Line.

PhD in Zoology working on foraging behavior and molecular taxonomy of Indian burrowing frogs.

Worked in a NMHS project on Population dynamics and Biogeography of Himalayan Pika.

Worked on ecology and molecular phylogeny of crabs and mushrooms.

Worked on genomics of higher carnivores (snow leopards, lynx, red fox, Himalayan Bear) of Trans Himalayan (Ladakh) region (2020-2021)

Around seven years (2013-2020) of experience in conducting Theory and Practical classes at both UG & PG level in various subjects of Zoology, Biotechnology, and Bioengineering; and 8 years of Research experience.

Currently (2022- 2026) working as a Biology Subject Matter Expert (NEET, CUET, NDA, KAS and such other medical competitive exams)
