With over 29 years of rich experience in both teaching and administrative roles, I currently hold the position of Assistant Professor(SG) in the KIIT Kareer School, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar. In my 15-year journey at KIIT, I've taken on pivotal roles, serving as Senior Training Officer, Head of the Centre for Advanced Training, Professor-In-Charge of Pre-Placement Training, and Coordinator of SAP End User Training at the EAM division. Throughout my career, I've imparted knowledge in subjects like Business Analytics, MIS, E-Business, and IT for managers across various management schools. My research focus centers on E-Business and Business Analytics, reflecting my passion for advancing these fields.
