About

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the International School for Advanced Studies (SISSA), where my work focuses on the behavior of long polymer chains in complex and heterogeneous environments. During my PhD, I studied the kinetics of phase separation in polymer fluids under external stimuli such as light and shear, with an emphasis on understanding how nonequilibrium driving influences pattern formation and material properties. My current research explores the dynamics, topology, and statistical mechanics of polymers—particularly ring polymers—under confinement, crowding, and other environmental constraints. Through theoretical modeling and computational approaches, my work aims to elucidate how polymer architecture and external conditions jointly govern emergent collective behavior.
