Dr. Minakshi Singh (Dr. Minakshi Memoria) is a distinguished academic, researcher, and technology leader currently serving as a faculty member in the College of Computer Science, King Khalid University, Abha, Saudi Arabia. She also holds the position of Visiting Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Uttaranchal University, India. Her academic and research expertise spans Machine Learning, Disease Detection, Grid Computing, Theory of Computation, Compiler Design, Operating Systems, Intelligent Systems, and Data Structures.

An active contributor to the global engineering and technology community, Dr. Singh is a Senior Member of IEEE and has held several prominent leadership roles, including Chair of Coordination, Outreach, and Strategic Planning for the IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section. She has also played a significant role in mentoring future engineers through her leadership of the IEEE Student Branch and the Women in Engineering (WIE) Chapter.

Dr. Singh's contributions to academia and professional service have been recognized through several prestigious honors, including the Outstanding Volunteer Counselor Award (2022) from the IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section, the Research Excellence Award (2021) from the Institute of Scholars, and the HOD of the Year Award (2021) from the Institute of Scholars.

She has an extensive record of scholarly achievements, with numerous publications in reputed journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters, along with several patents reflecting her commitment to innovation and research excellence.
