I have been working as a regular faculty member and Assistant Professor in the Department of Community Medicine at IGMC Shimla since October 2024, following direct selection by the HP Public Service Commission in 2024. Certified trainer of AI (Artificial Intelligence ) Readiness and Advancement. On the editorial board of PLOS ONE as an Academic Editor since November 2021, with more than 18 publications to my credit. In the past, served as a Medical Officer (Administration) cum Nodal Officer for the Ayushman and Himcare govt health care schemes at I.G. Medical College, Shimla, HP. Recipient of SKOCH ORDER OF MERIT for pioneering bedside card authentication of Ayushman Bharat patients at IGMC Shimla. In the past, I served as a peer reviewer for the IHEA 2023 Congress Scientific Committee and served as IHEA 2025—Guest faculty at HIPA and HPU again.
Managed and supervised MODEL- COVID-19 Vaccination Centre of IGMC, Shimla, since 16th January 2021, with the motto of ' 1 dose equivalent to one life ' and zero tolerance to dose wastage. At the centre, we have administered more than 40k Vaccine doses with zero wastage to date.

Invited as an author in the Annual Edition of " The Diplomatist" Magazine.
Invited as guest faculty at the state government Himachal Institute of Public Administration -Shimla for SDG-Goal 3- (Health).Served as State Program officer of the National Health Mission and District Program officer.
On the panel of State Trainers for NCDs and Eat Right campaign under Ayushman-Bharat HWC Prog by GOI. Co-authored the HP Govt-notified medical colleges' guidelines for mentoring Health and Wellness Centres in 2020-21
I graduated with an MBBS from IGMC Shimla and served the government of Himachal Pradesh for the past 21+ years in various positions. Completed Master's/Post-Graduation in Community Medicine (MD) 2018 with distinction, and the key areas of interest are UHC, Health Economics, Health Policy, NCDs, and Infectious Epidemiology. Remained attached with Special Secretary Health (Dr Nipun Jindal-IAS), Govt of HP - March 2020 to July 2020 for COVID-19 Containment. MCI Member IGMC year 2021-22.
