About

Dr. Miteshkumar Pandya currently working with National Forensic Sciences University as a Deputy Librarian since August 08, 2024. Prior to joining the NFSU, he has worked with INFLIBNET Centre as a Scientist - C (Library Science) during July 01, 2019
to August 07, 2024 and Scientist - B (Library Science) during February 18, 2014 to June 30, 2019. He has also worked with Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai from January 18, 2010 to February 17, 2014. He has also worked with national institutes namely IIM, Ahmedabad and Gujarat Vidyapith. He has completed his B.Com from Gujarat University, MLISc from Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad and Ph.D from Sardar Patel University Vallabh Vidyanagar. Currently, he is looking after the NFSU library. He specializes in the area of library automation, digital library, reference management systems, content management systems, research writings, research data management, etc. He teaches in various workshops, refresher courses and orientation courses. He was visiting faculty at Department of Library and Information Science, Gujarat University. Currently he is rendering his services as a guest faculty at Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar. Dr. Pandya has several research papers in National and International Journals to his credit. He has lectured extensively at various Universities and National workshops. He has 16 years of experience in practical librarianship, teaching, research and administration.
