I am a dedicated academician and researcher with over 14 years of experience in teaching, research, and industry. I hold MBA degree Specialised in Marketing Management and Ph.D. in Business Economics from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. I have qualified UGC-NET in Management. My expertise spans marketing, managerial economics, and research methodology.
I have led Major research projects, funded by ICSSR New Delhi on the Impact assessment of Jalyukt Shivar Abhiyan and an impact assessment of a women’s leadership program for a dairy cooperative funded by Gokul Milk Kolhapur. I have also actively contributed to curriculum development, faculty development programs, and academic administration.
With proficiency in statistical and research tools like SPSS, AMOS, SMARTPLS, and AI tools for research. I have publications in ABDC, Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals, covering topics like environmental consciousness, AI in tourism, and socio-economic impact.
