About
I am founder of LifeNest Research, a practice-based research platform connecting everyday life experiences with sustainability and real-world research insight. My work focuses on sustainable food consumption, household food practices, food waste reduction, and practice-based inquiry across community and institutional settings.
I was doing my PhD at the University of Adelaide, where my research examined sustainable home cooking behaviours and household food waste in urban Vietnam. My work combines behavioural research and sustainability transitions to better understand how everyday home cooking practices shape broader social and environmental outcomes.
Alongside academic research, I am developing the concept of Everyday Practice-Based Research (EPBR), an approach that explores how meaningful research questions can emerge from daily life experiences, reflective practice, and community knowledge.
Through LifeNest Research, I aim to bridge academic knowledge with practical, community-oriented sustainability initiatives, particularly in areas related to food, wellbeing, and everyday sustainable living.
