Dnyaneshwar Ramrao Deshmukh obtained his Ph.D.(2003) from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Aurangabad (M.S.) in Zoology on the topic "Effect of Pesticide on haematological parameters in freshwater fish from Marathwada Region".under the supervisor of Prof.Dr.S. R. Sonawane . Since 2004 he is working as Assistant Professor at Department of Zoology, Pratishthan Mahavidyalaya, Paithan affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Aurangabad (M.S.).From July 2019 working as Professor and Head,Department of Zoology, Pratishthan Mahavidyalaya, Paithan. His area of research interest is Toxicological and haematological studies on fishes ,Taxonomy and biology of fishes. ,Hydrobiology of freshwater and Fish marketing.He has published 48 research paper in national and international journal.He is member of more than 15 scientific society and Association . He is fellow of 05 scientific society and Association. Under his supervision 04 research students doing Ph.D.
