About
Ph.D. scientist with expertise in LC-HRMS based analytical workflows, integrating metabolomics, proteomics, and bioanalytical method development for pharmaceutical applications and understanding of biological systems. My doctoral research focused on nitrosamine formation and attenuation, investigated through LC-HRMS-based targeted small-molecule analysis integrated with in vitro, in vivo, and stability studies. Beyond doctoral dissertation, I have significantly contributed to multiple proteomic and metabolomic projects, involving optimization of sample preparation protocols, method development, and data interpretation using various bioinformatic tools leading to several peer-reviewed publications.
