About
My investigation is mainly based on the limitations of chemotherapy upon different types of the cancer cells. However, we are trying to find alternative natural agents along with synthetic DNA repair inhibitors. from the animals gut-derived microbial fermented potential metabolites combination with synthetic drugs chemicals used against different cancer cell lines model with molecular dynamics approach.
SUMMARY OF THE RESEARCH THAT I AM PART IN MY LAB:
Research Project Title 1: THE PURPOSE OF THIS RESEARCH PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP AND VALIDATE A NEW VERTICAL TUBE GEL ELECTROPHORESIS (VTGE) SYSTEM THAT WILL HELP US UNDERSTAND THE POTENTIAL METABOLITES THAT ARE INDUCE CELL DEATH AND APOPTOSIS IN CANCERCELLS.
Goal:
• To develop detection tools for the early detection of oral and breast cancer by using VTGE and LC-HRMS
• To investigate fundamental studies that lead to understanding of the nature has given us many potential chemotherapies in the forms of free fatty acid, peptides ,polyphenolic metabolites that are used as deity source.
Research Project Title 2: TO EXPLORE POTENTIAL OF DNA REPAIR INHIBITORS TO LIFT THE BURDEN OF HIGH DOSE CHEMOTHERAPEUTIC DRUGS IN CARCINOMA
Goal:
• To revisit the differential loss and high dose aspects of well-known chemotherapy drugs.
• To investigate the cellular and molecular aspects of possible lowering the dose of genotoxic drugs and concomitantly appreciable retardation to carcinoma proliferation and possible cell death.
• To dissect out the molecular basis of such observations using cellular and molecular tools.
• To investigate the molecular, genetic and epigenetic changes due to microenvironment cross-talk.
