Manoj Kumar Sinha

About

Professor (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha is the Director of the Indian Law Institute. He completed his Ph.D. in International Law from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, LL.M. in International Human Rights Law from the University of Nottingham, and LL. B from the University of Delhi. He has authored and edited a number of books to date, these books broadly cover all aspects related to human rights, refugee law, international humanitarian, and constitutional law. His writings on international law, refugee law, and human rights have been published in reputed Indian and International Law journals. He has been regularly delivering lectures at various institutions outside of the university, namely, law colleges in India and abroad, UGC Academic Staff College, the training program of the ICRC, and the training programme of the Ministry of External Affairs.
