About
I aim to understand the epigenetic reprogramming on a chromatin landscape, cross-talks between epigenetic regulators and transcription factors, post-translational modification of epigenetic regulators, which have implications in fine-tuning the transcription machinery in the context of cancer biology. I am passionately venturing the epigenetic processes behind the extracellular matrix remodeling, inflammation and drug resistance to identify the targets to reprogram the tumor microenvironment.
I have gained expertise in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Epigenetics, Chromatin, Cancer Biology, and Bioinformatics.
I am honoured with various publications including research articles, review and one book chapter on my field. Many successful collaborations have enriched my background.
Currently, I have defended my PhD thesis and am looking for opportunities to explore novel targets to combat cancer progression and therapy resistance.
