Dr. Revati Ramrao Rautrao is an accomplished academician currently serving as an Associate Professor at Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School, Pune. With over 23.5 years of total professional experience, including 21+ years in teaching and 3.5 years in industry, she has made significant contributions to higher education, research, and academic leadership.
She holds diverse academic qualifications including B.Com, B.A., B.Ed., PGDBM, MBA (HRM), M.A. (English), M.Phil. (English), and Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, reflecting her strong interdisciplinary foundation.
Dr. Rautrao has extensive teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels (MBA, PGDM, BBA, BCA, and Engineering), with expertise in Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Business Communication, Research Methodology, and Ethics. Her academic role encompasses curriculum delivery, outcome-based education, mentoring, academic administration, and evaluation processes.
A prolific researcher, she has published 60+ research papers in reputed journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC, and UGC CARE. She has also authored and edited 13+ books and contributed to volumes published by leading international publishers such as Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, Palgrave Macmillan, and Bentham Science. Her research focuses on HRM, sustainability, AI in education and HR, Indian Knowledge Systems, and research ethics.

Dr. Rautrao actively contributes to the academic community as a Chief Editor, Editorial Board Member, and Reviewer for reputed journals and international conferences, including IEEE and Scopus-indexed publications. She has participated in 100+ FDPs, workshops, and conferences, serving as a conference chair, Session Chair, Resource Person, and Organiser.

She is also an active member of AICTE’s Universal Human Values (UHV) initiative, regularly participating in workshops and delivering sessions to promote value-based education.
