About
I am Dr. Saima Aslam, a Senior Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU), Rajouri, Jammu & Kashmir, India. I obtained my PhD in Biotechnology from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. My research interests include plant abiotic stress tolerance, phytohormone signalling, plant–microbe interactions, and molecular biotechnology. I have published research articles, reviews, and book chapters in reputed international journals, including Scientific Reports, BMC Plant Biology, Frontiers in Plant Science, Plant Growth Regulation, and PLoS Pathogens. I also serve as a peer reviewer for international journals and am committed to advancing research, teaching, and innovation in plant biotechnology and environmental sustainability.
