Published 13 research papers in SCOPUS/SCI indexed journals of international repute and 3 book chapters in SCOPUS indexed edited books. 7+ years of teaching & research experience. Reviewer for various journals of international repute. Current area of research is ''Influence of functional foods on metabolic disorders and chronic inflammation.''
