The current field of my research work is primarily focused on targeted drug delivery of dissolution rate limited/poorly soluble drugs to colon or Site specific release of conventional anticancer drugs to gastrointestinal cancers, Colon cancer biology, cancer chemoprevention using adjuvant therapy, design and development using biodegradable natural polymers, Orally modified drug delivery systems (orodispersible tablets, solid lipid nano particles) Particle coating, spray drying and lyophilization techniques, In-silico prediction of ADME properties using SOMFA, Statistical Optimization of formulation variables using 32 factorial designs
