About
Dedicated educator with extensive school, regional and statewide educational leadership experience in the schooling sector and the early years. My passion is leading for quality pedagogy and students' voice in their learning. I am currently undertaking a PhD. OECD results indicate a direct connection between academic outcomes and postcode. I am undertaking ethnographic research as a case study, policy analysis and interviews to investigate the impact of school improvement agendas on social justice and the voice and professionalism of educators and the voice and engagement of students in remote areas.
