Dr Biswajit R Bhowmik is currently an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Bharat. He has set up a research laboratory in the department named "Bahumukhi Research in Integrated Circuits and Systems Laboratory (BRICS Lab) for disciplinary and inter-disciplinary research in the thrust areas like Network-on-Chip (NoC), Artificial Intelligence Technology (AIT), Circuits and Systems (CAS), Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), Internet of Things (IoT), and Quantum Computing (QC). He is the Principal Investigator, Mentor, and Research Guide of many research scholars engaged in active research activities in the BRICS Lab. He has published several research articles, book chapters, etc., at prestigious venues. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a member of ACM, including their multiple societies.
