Dr. Rajneesh Choubisa is a full Professor of Psychology in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus. By training, he is a behavioral scientist and teaches courses related to his areas of interest (OB/HR/PP). Before joining BITS Pilani, he was associated with the Department of Management at BIT Mesra (Jharkhand), where he taught subjects such as Environmental Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Individual and Group Behavior, and Business Ethics to B. Tech, M. Tech and Business students. In addition, he has served in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports-sponsored Department of Sports Psychology at the Central University of Rajasthan, Kishangarh (Ajmer).
