About
I am a technology innovation policy scholar. My research interests are in understanding the innovation processes and in informing the policy ecosystem to advance low-carbon and sustainable development technologies. I am particularly interested in research directions that can inform green growth in middle- and low-income countries. I received my PhD in semiconductor materials science. I have a proven track record of conducting laboratory research in electronic materials, managing research groups, raising funding, and finding commercial pathways for new technologies in the energy access sector.
