About

Dr. Mohsin Khan is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Commerce at the School of Social Sciences and Languages, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Corporate Finance from the Department of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. His primary research interests lie in the fields of Finance and Accounts, Behavioral Finance, Sustainable Financial Goals, Sustainble Development, Social Sciences and Humanities, and Corporate Employee Cognition.
Dr. Khan is proficient in accounting practices and adept at utilizing both primary and secondary data analysis techniques, including various statistical tools. He has authored more than 20 papers published in reputed international journals indexed in Web of Science, Scopus, ESCI, and ABDC (B category), accumulating over 500 citations and an h-index of 8 on Google Scholar. Additionally, he holds a patent from the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) India.
With seven plus years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching and research, Dr. Khan has also contributed as a guest editor for the 'Journal of Statistics and Management Systems' (ABDC, C category). He has successfully organized more than two international conferences as an organizing secretary and has been an active member of the Board of Studies for several organizations. Dr. Khan has also edited a several books which has been published and indexed in Scopus and received a seed grant project focusing on corporate employee cognition.
