My expertise includes developing text mining techniques for customer feedback analysis across various social networking platforms, devising novel methods for event detection from blogs and forums using a combination of NLP models and rule-based approaches, Feature extraction from text using rule-based and deep learning method, designing predictive models for stock sentiment etc. I have done my master and doctoral research in computer science from University of Calcutta, India
