I am a highly skilled, motivated, creative and team-oriented Solid-State chemist with a strong background in the microwave and conventional synthesis of various solid electrolyte, anode and bio materials. I have gained an extensive and state of the art knowledge in modern synthetic methodologies. I have strong understanding of research and development, management and metrics as well as the ability to focus on multiple deliverable and protocols simultaneously. I have a vast experience of the standard analytical methods used in solid state chemistry and materials characterization viz. XRD, SEM, UV-visible-, FTIR-, NMR, Mass, Raman- and impedance spectroscopy etc.
