HITESH KUMAR

About

Hitesh Kumar was born in Chhattisgarh, India. He received the MTech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering in 2015 from NIT Hamirpur, India. He is currently working toward a Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering at NIT, Raipur, also he has faculty of Chhattisgarh Institute of Technology, Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, India where he is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. His current research interests include semiconductor nanodevices, TFTs, TFETs, and semiconductor based sensors.
