I obtained my master's degree from Dev Sanskriti Viswavidyalaya (DSVV, Uttarakhand, India) and PhD from the University of Delhi, both esteemed institutions in India. During my studies, I gained expertise in both clinical and indigenous approaches, exploring alternative therapeutic methods. During my time pursuing my PhD, I developed a programme aimed at enhancing self-awareness in adolescents and young adults. In addition, I fulfilled the criteria for the highly regarded Junior Research Fellow Award for my PhD. In addition to successfully completing neuro-linguistic programming by Dr. Dick Mathew, I also achieved a post-graduate clinical hypnotherapy diploma that emphasized concepts and methods from Indian psychology. Throughout my teaching career, I have had the opportunity to mentor and guide numerous undergraduate and postgraduate students during their clinical practicum. Additionally, I have overseen the successful completion of over 70 research projects. I am a passionate Associate Professor with expertise in research methods, research project guidance, curriculum development, intervention development, and training psychology students. I am recognized for offering exceptional support to professors and students, with a friendly and approachable attitude, and a strong focus on attention to detail. I am recognized as a dynamic educator who is committed to equipping students with the essential resources to attain their academic objectives and prepare for their future professions. Long-standing tradition of strong student engagement at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Experienced in providing guidance for research with a strong enthusiasm for advancing research. I have implemented a distinctive system for student support at the university by establishing a counselling center and a buddy programme, both of which are still operating successfully and meeting the needs of students. I have been entrusted with the task of coordinating for NAAC in my institution, where I am overseeing and collaborating with a team of 15 faculty members. I have been involved in coordinating the PhD programme since 2018, during which time I have developed coursework and successfully planned and organized workshops for the students.
