Dr.M.Shankar Lingam is a highly accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in Management, Information Technology, and Rural Development. He has held prestigious positions at renowned institutions like the University of Mysore (UoM), Shushruti Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), and the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR), Mahatma Gandhi National Institute of Research & Social Action (MGNIRSA), Hyderabad and Noble Education and Research Foundation (NERF), Hyderabad.
