My research interests are on developments in transition and emerging markets within and outside the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China) as well as the MINT (Mexico, Indonesia, Nigeria, Turkey) blocs. Fields of enquiry range from specialized areas of marketing (events, sports, place, music and film) to entrepreneurship (diaspora, ethnic minority, social and women).
