Shikha Patel

About

Currently, I am a PhD student at the Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology Patna. I have completed M. Sc. in Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics, University of Allahabad in 2016. My research interest includes linear error-correcting (cyclic, skew cyclic, skew codes with derivation, two-dimensional codes) codes over finite commutative and non-commutative rings, quantum codes from classical codes, etc. Now, I am working on the linear codes over skew polynomial ring with derivations and find their applications in quantum computing.
