About
Dr. Samim Akhtar specializes in quantum optics, blending experiment and theory. His doctoral research explored fundamental coherent light–atom interactions (including SAS, PS, EIT, EIA, TPEIT, TPEIA, and FWM) using structured laser beams. Currently, his research focuses on probing ultrafast light–matter interactions at the nanoscale using femtosecond twisted laser beams for advanced quantum technology applications.
