About

He was born in 1979 in town of Faridabad, Haryana. He has completed his schooling from Chandigarh after which he left for Republic of Bulgaria in 1997 to do his MBBS (1997-2003) and MS in general Surgery (2004-2009). After returning to India in 2010, he completed his Foreign Medical Graduate exam and joined Vascular surgery department in 2012 till now. He is an active executive committee member of VAI (venous association of India), member of VSI (vascular society of India) and Doctors association of Bulgaria.
Academically Dr Piyush has contributed in two book chapters in field of vascular surgery as co-author and has more than 10 published articles in National and International journals. He has presented about 8 scientific papers in National and International meetings in which he got awards for 2 papers. He has attended and co-organized more than 70 scientific meetings in India and abroad.

He is currently working in Fortis Hospital Mohali and has special interest in field of Varicose veins and Dialysis access surgery.
