I have completed my Ph.D. from Department of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Indian institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, India with thesis title “Epoxy Based CNT Nanocomposites with Advanced Physical and Mechanical Properties”. Here, I worked on the development of a relatively new methodology for the design of polymer nanocomposite materials containing cluster free uniform dispersion of different type nanofillers (Carbon Nanotubes, Graphene, and Oxide Nanoparticles etc). My research work also includes the synthesis of nanomaterials as well as polymers for multiple applications. During this period, I also worked on the preparation of high strength adhesive as well as electromagnetic shielding and anti-corrosion coating materials for automobile and aerospace applications.
I am currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Chemistry, K.S. Saket PG College, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodya, India. Here, I am actively involved in teaching as well as research.

RESEARCH AREA OF INTEREST:
• High Performance Polymer Nanocomposites.
• Surface modification of nano filler to improve interfacial interaction between nano fillers and polymer matrices.
• Polymer Adhesive Joining of Similar and Dissimilar Metals.
• Cluster breaking and homogeneous dispersion of nano fillers in polymer matrix.
• Control of configuration on chiral carbon centre during polymerization on the surface of nano fillers by migratory insertion reaction with transition metals catalyst.
• Mechanical and physical properties of Polymer Nanocomposites.
• Nanomaterials synthesis and characterization
• Polymer based CNT/graphene composite as anti-corrosive and electromagnetic shielding materials
• Battery Materials
• Thermo-mechanical properties analyses
