I am delighted to introduce myself as Namreen Asif VA, from Mangalore India, pursuing a Ph.D. at Srinivas University, Pandeshwar India. Over the past four years, I have gained valuable experience as an Assistant lecturer at St. Benedict's Group of Institutions in Bangalore India. With enriching experience as a teaching assistant with degree students & Post Graduate Students in the Department of Management and Commerce.
My scholarly contributions are significant, as I have authored over 20 research articles, four of which have been published in Scopus-indexed journals and the rest in esteemed international and UGC Care-listed journals. my research interests include business management, human resources management, Corporate social responsibility, entrepreneurship management, Socio-economic development, etc. My academic journey has been marked by active participation in National and International paper presentations, conferences, webinars, and workshops, where I have not only expanded my knowledge but also presented papers at prestigious platforms and published by book on Advanced Financial Management. My contributions to scholarly literature are reflected in my publications in esteemed Scopus journals. Additionally, I have also won Best Paper Awards for my Paper on Entrepreneurship to Private Limited Company: SLN Coffee Pvt. Ltd. Co's Success Story on Creating a Successful Brand Levista at the National Level Conference.
Moreover, my academic achievements extend beyond research, as evidenced by My diverse talents shown in my skills, extracurricular endeavors, and many accomplishments, from cultural events to leading teams.
Furthermore, my experience as a coordinator and judge for various National-level fests has equipped me with the discernment necessary for effectively evaluating diverse talents and contributions.
