About
I'm currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems, Magdeburg, Germany. I worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate (PDRA) at the Department of Materials Science & Metallurgy, University of Cambridge, UK. I was awarded a PhD. from the Indian Institute of Technology Indore (IIT Indore).
I'm from a multi-disciplinary research background in inorganic and materials chemistry. My doctoral research was focused on the design, synthesis, and characterization of triazine-based porous organic polymers (POPs) for task-specific applications in environmental remediation, heterogeneous catalysis, photocatalysis, and electrocatalysis. Moreover , I have significant experience in viologen porous organic polymers (vPOPs). In addition, I work on N,O-donor ligand based Cu (II) complexes for the photocatalytic organic transformation and lignin degradation to valuable feedstocks. Currently, I'm working on the integration of porous framework materials (such as, MOFs and COFs) into microelectronic devices.
