About

My zest towards exploring new arenas of HR brought myself into industry from teaching. I am continuous-ly working on the diversified profile of HR, admin and research at Balaji Multiflex Pvt. Ltd. (BMPL) with the position of Head – HR. The present profile includes designing of HR manual, designing of various letters/ forms, maintenance all HR databases, general legal compliance, PF legal compliance, handling of labor laws, designing of salary structure, payroll management, contractual employment management, implementation of HR software, handling recruitment, conducting employee trainings for respective areas, sub-mitting accident claims in insurance, conducting internships & projects, conducting HR surveys to under-stand the latest trends in market, etc.

Prior to this, I was working with GLS University where I got the opportunity to conduct core research activities apart from teaching HR/OB subjects. University granted the position of Ph.D guide in the first year of my joining and I also started 2 live research longitudinal projects for measuring the employability among graduates and enhancing the entrepreneurship skills of the students. I also took charge of faculty development cell, industry interaction cell, and placement cell. Faculty development interaction sessions used to organize under the faculty development cell. Experts from industry used to be called for interaction with students and faculty. Apart from being the examiner for the subjects like HR, OB, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing, I was also a part of syllabus revision cell.

At Sharda Group of Institutions (SGI) I worked for 8 years with a diversified profile of teaching, research, administration, and HR under the eminent leadership of dynamic head of institutes and head of departments who provided outstanding grades in all my undertaken endeavors.
